#7 - Josh & Chase, Morley Avenue, Boulevard Heights
  SPONSORED BY VICKERY'S AT GLENWOOD

When Josh and Chase moved into their brick Tudor Boulevard Heights home in 2007, they were smitten with the master suite, as well as the fact that the home seemed destined for family and friends.

The first things you will notice when walking in are the 26-foot ceilings and the rounded mahogany staircases leading upstairs and downstairs from the foyer, complete with auto-lowering chandeliers and a Juliet balcony.

The home, built in 2004, boasts five bedrooms and 5 ½ baths, including two master suites with morning bars. As you wander through the home, see if you can keep count of the six wet bars, five fireplaces, and two laundry rooms.

Just off the grand foyer is a formal dining room which seats up to twelve, and there is also a formal living room, both of which help to make up the 6,000 square feet of the house on its double lot.

One of their favorite features of the home is the outdoor kitchen area, with windows opening to the outside. The back porch is one of the most-used areas of the home, complete with a travertine shower. Another favorite is the two master suites, which allows for a great ‘guest retreat’ for visiting friends and relatives.

Upon moving in, Josh and Chase removed an outdoor deck from the back yard, added outdoor lighting and a driveway, and began landscaping the yard. Like most of Atlanta, they watched in dismay as the Atlanta drought claimed many of their plants.

Future plans call for installing a heated pool, complete with a spillover hot tub and a side patio with a fire pit. Josh and Chase also want to install solar panels to provide the electricity needs of their home.
