Jerry and Jim's townhome has a twist from what you're probably used to - the living areas are on the third floor. Of course, having to tote groceries up all those stairs might make one consider starvation as an option, so their home has an elevator to reach all four stories. The roof-top deck offers a wonderful view of the Atlanta skyline

Mara's hacienda not only has a Spanish flair, but a brand new kitchen. All sorts of fun and quirky finishes in the house could likely be traced to a former owner, brother to Ty Pennington from various television remodeling programs. The back yard is perfect for parties, with its gazebo area, fountain, and wandering paths and greenery.

Jennifer and Mario opened almost all of their first floor into an opening, flowing area, perfect for entertaining, complete with two fireplaces, ceiling beams, Mexican Onyx pendant lights in the kitchen, and a keeping area off the kitchen.

Josh and Chase's 6,000 square foot home boasts a formal entry with circular stairs, two master suites with breakfast bars, and 17 (count 'em) sinks throughout the home. Check out the great back porch with an outdoor travertine shower.

Farmer Red has about six acres of farmland smack dab in the middle of Ormewood Park. The area has beehives and farm plots that Red leases to neighbors, as well as undeveloped land and a creek which serves as a haven for some of the natural wildlife in the area.

One of JR and Beth’s favorite features of their home is the galley style, open kitchen with its 50 square foot island (be sure to notice how the light reflects off the granite).

The open floor plan of the living area on the second floor offers a positive flow for great entertaining opportunities. There is a covered front balcony that overlooks the park, and for the winter months, the living room boasts a custom Texas limestone fireplace.

David's traditional brick home has a twist, too - an all-metal roof! The interior of the home has been completely remodeled, with a huge modern kitchen, tons of patio space, and room for a future current pool. Plans are to add a recording studio in the basement.

One of the first things Dan and Darren did upon moving into their Craftsman home was to look up its history.

They have found families who have lived in the home from the 1920s, 30s and 40s, when the unfinished basement was the night time home to the family cow. You might even get to meet some of the former owners who are returning to the home to host the tour with Dan and Darren.

Ron and Paul's 1940s home was completely re-done and inside is a hip, retro/ contemporary gem. Once inside you will realize that a family friend's taxidermy business offered these guys a unique decorating alternative in the kitchen!

The Imagine Wesley Charter School will be one of only six International Baccalaureate Primary and Middle school programmes in Atlanta. With grades K-7 (and 8th grade coming soon), the school will soon be at home in its two new classroom, totaling 37 new rooms.
